“Bron Afon assigned contractors QDL to re-plaster my front bedroom following a damp problem.
As soon as QDL received the job, Tony Reed contacted me on the telephone to ask if he could come to my home to see what needed to be done.
He came the very next day with his colleague to arrange with him to come out and start and started the work promptly.
All in all, the work was carried out to a very high standard and the men who arrived at my home were very punctual, professional, very friendly, polite and extremely informative when keeping me up to date with the work. All mess was cleaned up on a daily basis and the work is now complete. Tony Reed then came out to inspect the work carried out to make sure it was finished to the high standard he clearly expected from the outset.
With Bron Afon having to use contractors such as QDL to carry out work on their behalf due to the vast amount of repairs you must have, I feel QDL are an impeccable company, who have carried out an outstanding job where nothing seemed to be of any trouble for them.
