QDL enjoyed participating in a BITC Give & Gain Day / BYUK Sponsored Event at The Share Centre, Newport on Thursday 19th May 2016
The team of volunteers helped redecorate the damaged purple walls with 3 coats of refreshing new green paint whilst filling woodwork and coating it in satinwood.
Other tasks were also completed to brighten up the Community Centre including:
- Quadrant beading added to the skirtings
- Ceiling tiles were rehung
- Perspex light covers were removed & cleaned
- Bulbs replaced

Before the work starts - QDL provided the overalls, gloves, materials & equipment ready for repairing the badly damaged paintwork in desperate need of attention!
